The visit for my oil change was fast. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of other services. The front desk clerk didn't wait for me to pull up my $10 discount code - she just added it in herself. And the workshop staff, working in ridiculously hot conditions in temps that felt like way over 100°, were unfailingly polite and kind. Kudos to all.

This is fast convenient service where you don't have to drop off your vehicle. That's why I like it. It's flexible for my schedule. I don't have to make a It's flexible for my schedule. I don't have to make an appointment and sit there for half a day or a whole day or get a ride from somebody and pick up my car later. This is so much better. Sometimes at Jiffy Lune you have to wait for a couple of cars and sometimes there's no line. This is a great location and they're open on the weekends. Their prices are more than if you drop your car off with a mechanic all day or wait all day for the same service. I would much rather pay a little more and get better and FASTER service. This place is great. I've taken multiple cars here for years with no problems. The staff know what they're doing.

Jermaine provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to answer my questions, was patient throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers. I came to this Jiffy Lube for a basic, budget-friendly oil change and left disappointed. Upon arrival, I clearly told the technician that my car has a manual transmission. Despite that, I could hear the clutch grinding as they drove it into the bay. If you're familiar with manual cars, you know that's not something you want to hear, especially after warning the staff beforehand. The customer service wasn't great either. The employees seemed uninterested and lacked enthusiasm. I understand that upselling services is part of the business, but after explaining that I only wanted the most affordable oil change for my high-mileage car, I still felt pressured with additional recommendations. What really surprised me was when I asked if they could spray a little lubricant into my driver's door keyhole, which was sticking. I was immediately told, "We don't have it." An automotive service shop not having any type of spray lubricant on hand seemed hard to believe. The oil change got done, but the overall experience left me with little confidence in the service or customer care. I’ve had my last several oil changes at this location, including December 2025. When I returned on May 4, 2026, I was told my drain plug was “stripped” and just spins. The manager told me to take it to another location. That location checked the records and confirmed all my recent services were actually done at this shop—and that the shop who last touched it should handle the issue (last 4 were done at Jiffy lube shop #83). When I came back the next day, the manager denied ever telling me to go elsewhere and blamed it on my car being “too old,” which doesn’t make sense. A stripped drain plug is typically caused during installation, not age. When I calmly asked for documentation, he became hostile, raised his voice, and told me to leave or he would call the police. I was not confrontational—just asking for accountability. Another employee witnessed the interaction. I will be escalating this to the district manager and contacting Jiffy Lube corporate. Very unprofessional handling of what should have been a straightforward issue. I would never return to this shop and would recommend to anybody.
